Alejandro Rodríguez-González, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the principal investigator of the Medical Data Analysis laboratory (MEDAL) at Center for Biomedical Technology.

Sebastian Ventura Soto, Universidad de Córdoba, Spain

Sebastian Ventura serves as Professor in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in the University of Cordoba (Spain), where he leads the Knowledge Discovery and Intelligent Systems (KDIS) research laboratory. His main research interests are in Data Science and its applications, with wide experience in Educational Data Mining, Learning Analytics, Clinical Data Mining, and Healthcare Data Analytics.

George Paliouras, National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos”, Greece

Research Director at the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications (II&T) of NCSR “Demokritos” in Athens, Greece. Head of the Division of Intelligent Information Systems of II&T. Dr. Paliouras, is the coordinator of the iASiS project, that organized and hosted the 1st Symposium in Athens, Greece in 2018.

Manuel Ottaviano, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain

Manuel Ottaviano is a fellow associate researcher at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid where he works as expert in technology for the health care and clinical trials.
